Senior Rep Team

The Senior Rep Team is a hand-selected group of fun, kind, and confident seniors from local Charlotte high schools who are excited to celebrate their final year together. This isn’t just a photoshoot, it’s a community!

As a Senior Rep, you’re part of a tight-knit community that cheers each other on, creates together, and makes memories all year long. From multiple photoshoots and creative styled sessions to group events, surprises, and your full customized senior experience — this program is designed to lift you up every step of the way.

This program is designed to help you step into your senior year feeling seen, empowered, and fully yourself — with friendships, memories, and images that last long after the cap and gown come off.

Senior Rep Team Perks

Meet and Greet Party

We’ll kick off the year with a meet-and-greet party on June 7th where all reps can come together, hang out, and get to know one another. This is a relaxed, fun way to break the ice, meet your fellow seniors, and start building friendships!

Group Styled Shoots

You’ll be invited to four group styled shoots taking place in the summer, fall, spring, and at the end of the school year. These sessions are creatively styled, super fun, and a great way to get variety in your gallery while shooting alongside other reps.

Personal Two-Hour Photoshoot

Your rep fee includes a two-hour personal photoshoot (value of $750) just for you- The Senior Experience package! We’ll shoot at 1–2 locations with 3–5 outfit changes, giving you a full, customized gallery that truly reflects your style and personality.

20% Discount on Prints & Products

As a rep, you’ll receive 20% off all prints and products throughout the year. Whether you’re ordering wall art, albums, or gifts for family, this perk makes it easier to share and enjoy your images without the full price tag.

Discount on Additional Sessions

Reps also receive 15% off additional sessions booked throughout the year! Think family photos, portraits, prom sessions, and more. It’s the perfect way to keep your photos updated for every season and milestone.

Make New Friends

One of the best parts of being a rep is the friendships you’ll make along the way. Between group shoots, events, and shared experiences, you’ll connect with other seniors and make memories that go far beyond photos.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Senior reps act as ambassadors for my brand, which means sharing and promoting your photos is a big part of the program. I ask that reps post a few times each month on platforms like Instagram (posts + stories), Facebook, and TikTok to help spread the word and help future seniors find me!

    As a rep, you’ll be representing both my brand and my business, so engagement and positivity are key. Reps must also choose me as their only senior photographer for the year and attend all four main group styled shoots.

    Most importantly—this experience is about having fun, showing up, and making memories with an amazing group of seniors while celebrating your final year!

  • Yes. Once accepted, there is a one-time program fee of $1,000 (plus sales tax), which covers the entire year—no hidden costs or surprise fees.

    This fee includes The Senior Experience (valued at $750), which is your full individual senior session, plus everything included in the rep program.

    On top of your senior session, you’ll also receive:

    • 4 styled group photoshoots throughout the year

    • Exclusive print and session discounts

    • Bonus perks and rep-only experiences

    Altogether, the full experience is valued at $5,000+, but is offered to rep team members for $1,000!

    Payment plans are available and can be split into 2 or more payments upon request.

  • You’ll be a senior rep for your entire senior year! Reps are announced in May, and the program runs all the way through graduation (the following May!)

  • This program is open to all high school seniors in the greater Charlotte area. No matter your school, you’re welcome to apply!

  • Want to earn credit toward your rep team experience? You can!

    If you apply and refer a friend who is also accepted onto the team, you’ll receive $50 off your program fee for each referral.

    Here’s how it works:

    • Your friend must list your name on their application

    • The referral discount is applied once they are officially accepted

    • You can refer multiple friends and stack your credits

    It’s a fun way to be part of the experience with your friends and save on your investment!

  • Yes, parents do need to be involved—but no, they do not need to attend the shoots! I ask that parents be informed about the senior rep program before applying, including the expectations and the one-time program fee.

    Parents are actually notified first before seniors are officially welcomed onto the team.
