Grace’s Summer UNC Charlotte Senior Photoshoot
Grace graduated with a degree in Marketing from UNC Charlotte this past summer! We got so lucky with a semi-cooler afternoon to capture her senior photos — a rare treat for a North Carolina summer lol.
We started the session at the UNCC Botanical Gardens, one of my favorite spots for Charlotte graduation photos. Grace’s sister, Molly, joined in for a few shots — both sisters graduated this year! Molly graduated from UNC Wilmington (UNCW) this past spring, so it was extra special to capture this milestone for both of them.
A little fun fact about Molly and Grace: I’ve known them since preschool! My sister, Halle (who’s also in some of the photos!), went to preschool with them, and every graduation, they’ve taken a photo together. I even have the photo I took of them when they graduated high school (they have a preschool one too, but I don’t have that one 😂).
After exploring the gardens and frolicking through the field, we headed over to the UNC Charlotte front sign and the Union overlook for the rest of Grace’s senior session. We even pulled out some of our old cheer skills to get Grace on top of the front sign (I’ll have to share the video — it was too good!).
It was such a fun photoshoot day filled with laughter, nostalgia, and celebration. I love getting to capture these moments for friends and their families — especially when it’s for such exciting milestones like college graduation.
